Cebu Normal University (CNU) has made it the country's top-ranking state universities and colleges (SUCs) with a percentage of accredited programs at a rate of one hundred percent, according to the Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines (AACCUP), Inc.,
The rating was published in the Consolidated List of Organizations and Programs Granted Accreditation Status from 1992 to 19, the annual publication of the Department.
Meanwhile, These are SUCs who ranked of the nationwide ranking were Tarlac State University, Jose Rizal Memorial State University, Partido State University, Southern Leyte State University, Cagayan State University, Batangas State University, Mariano Marcos State University, Polytechnic University of the Philippines, and Eulogio "Amang" Rodriguez Institute of Science and Technology.
