RABIYA OCCEÑA MATEO is a 23 year-old, 5'7 half Filipina, half Indian stunner from Balasan, Iloilo. She graduated Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy (Cum Laude).

Rabiya will represent the Philippines in the 69th edition of Miss Universe pageant. CONGRATULATIONS!
