President's former Legal consultant, new overall deputy ombudsman

President Rodrigo Duterte has appointed his former legal consultant Warren Rex Liong as overall deputy Ombdusman, replacing Arthur Carandang whom he had fired for speaking about an inquiry into his alleged unexplained wealth.
