Tropical Storm Tonyo and Tropical Depression Ulysses effects in Central Visayas

Eastern Visayas & Kalayaan Islands will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers/thunderstorms due to Trough of TD Ulysses & TS Tonyo. Rest of Visayas, rest of Palawan & Occidental Mindoro will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rains howers due to localized thunderstorms.

Moderate to strong winds from Southwest to Southeast will prevail over Kalayaan Islands with moderate to rough seas. Light to moderate winds from Southwest to Southeast will prevail over Visayas & Occidental Mindoro and rest of Palawan with slight to moderate seas.
