Typhoon Ulysses now a Severe Tropical storm as it weakens

Typhoon Ulysses, now a Severe Tropical Storm as it continues to weaken.

As of 3:00 am, Typhoon Ulysses weakens and became a Severe Tropical storm. It continues to move towards the West Philippine Sea with the speed of 2 kph. According to the PAG-ASA, it will exit the Philippine Area of Responsibility today. Some parts of the country will continue to experience scattered rain showers and thunderstorms due to the tail end of a cold front.


Manila - Partly sunny but there are scattered rain showers and thunderstorms during the afternoon due to the cold front.

Minimum Temperature: 25°C Maximum Temperature: 30 °C


Metro Cebu - Partly sunny but there are scattered rain showers and thunderstorms during the afternoon due to the cold front. Minimum Temperature: 24°C Maximum Temperature: 32 °C
