Last October 18,2020, Sunday afternoon, a low pressure area (LPA) entered the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR). The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said that the LPA is now in the East Virac, Catanduanes.
A few thunderstroms with cloudy skies will be experienced during the afternoon and the possibility of rainfall is at night.
The LPA will cause scattered rain showers and thunderstorms in the regions of Eastern Visayas, Caraga and Davao. Moderate to heavy rains may cause floods and landslides.
